Can I get RAMS today?
Yes. Order and send us your job details by 3 pm on a working day and we issue your site-specific RAMS the same day, by business close of play (5 pm). This emergency service adds £75 to orders under £200, or £150 to larger orders. Bank holidays are excluded.
What's the cut-off for same-day?
3 pm on a working day for issue by business close of play (5 pm). Or order by 7 pm for issue by 11:59 pm the same day, which adds 10% to the price. Same-day runs Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, and the clock starts when we have the job details we need.
What if I order after 3 pm?
Order by 7 pm on a working day and we can still issue by 11:59 pm the same day (+10%). After that, priority gets it to you the next working day (+5%), and standard issue is 1–2 working days at no extra cost.
Are lift plans same-day?
Yes, when you order and send the lift details by 3 pm on a working day, we issue by business close of play (5 pm). Every lift plan is prepared and signed by our Appointed Person, John Massey (CPCS A61). If we need more information about the lift, we confirm the issue time by email.
Can I get other site documents the same day?
Yes. Every document with a fixed price can be issued the same working day, by business close of play (5 pm), when you order by 3 pm. Site visits and tower crane rescue drills are booked for an agreed date instead.
What do you need from me to hit 5 pm?
The site address, what you're doing and in what order, the plant and equipment, how many people, the programme, and any drawings, photos or comments from the principal contractor. The sooner we have them, the sooner we start.
